These delivery specifications are for Coffee Table Books and differ slightly from our regular lay-flat photo books<\/a>. These specifications apply only to albums that are sewn and bound using the Perfect Bind method.<\/p>\n

The dimensions of the perfect-bind book blocks can be produced up to 30cm high and\/or 30cm wide. The files you supply can be formatted to the size you want to order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

You supply a PDF with separate pages. The first page is a single page. Pages 2-3 together form a spread (the first complete spread). The book also ends with a single page. We need a 3mm bleed margin around the pages.<\/p>\n

Use InDesign or other layout software to format files correctly. You can also use SmartAlbums \/ FundyDesigner \/ AlbumStomp. Make sure you export the files as PDF and as separate pages. This is different from the delivery for Lay-Flat albums.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Check your files carefully. Make sure your files are ‘ready for print’. We do not perform color correction or sharpening. We print 100% what you supply to us. White borders must be at least 1cm from the edge.<\/p>\n

Because the album is bound in the middle, the part of the photo that you place in the gutter is less visible. Therefore, keep in mind in your design that your photos in the middle are not clearly visible in a perfect bind book. A continuous photo from the left to right page is therefore less visible in this type of book.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
